Identify new MSME/ small business enterprises in the assigned area, and achieve monthly targets.
Develop and analyze financial statements of the MSMEs in order to access the financial soundness of the business and his repayment capacity.
Conduct loan appraisal, collect and verify detailed information (personal, business, guaranties and collateral pertaining to MSMEs) to open new MSME loan accounts.
Develop and analyze socio-economic and financial statements (cash flow, income statement & Balance sheet etc.) of the customer in order to assess the financial soundness and his repayment capacity.
Responsible to complete all related loan / collateral documents and due verifications to know your customer.
Achieve assigned business targets of product and services.
Gain insight on competitor’s product / services offerings for clients and provide feedback to the line manager.
Ensure regular and effective monitoring of the portfolio so that early problem can be detected.
Responsible to ensure comply with bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, SBP regulations (as applicable) and ethical & consumer protection practices all the time.

Assist Manager AML for Circulation and implementation of internal controls pertains to AML/KYC function
Assist Manager AML for arranging amendments in AML policy as and when required.
Daily Monitoring of transactions with respect to AML/CFT/KYC perspective.
Monitoring, preparation, and submission of CTR/STR and other reports to regulatory agencies.
Preparation and submission of different reports to FI compliance officer.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement in the design and implementation of internal controls pertaining to AML/KYC policies.
Provide on the job training to staff with respect to the implementation of internal controls pertains to AML/KYC framework.
Review and ensure and monitor controls for checking of OFAC and UNSC list.
Periodic visits to branches to validate data integrity.
Ensure a perfect environment for teamwork and best place of work.
Work as a Team player and evolve as a candidate to achieve a higher level of assignment.

Develop and Strengthen monitoring inspection and evaluation procedures. 
Monitoring all program activates, expenditures, and progress onwards achieving.

Responsible to conduct orientation community meetings.
Responsible for sensitization, Mobilization and establishment of WHCs and Men’s Support groups at village level according to project strategy.
Responsible to bill the capacity and strengthen of WHCs and Men’s support groups in order to manage and monitoring of project activities, local fund raising and resource mobilization, record keeping, performance of health facilitator and trained community midwifes.
Responsible to support and facilitate WHCs for planning and implementation of self – help initiative regarding promotion of mother and child health care.
Responsible to collect and maintain data for monitoring purpose. 
Responsible to develop profile of villages including data of non-literate women, breast feeding and pregnant women, etc. Responsible to conduct meeting with CDOs / WHCs and community support groups and ensure community participation / involvement and ownership.
Responsible to prepare monthly reports on the basis of field activities and records from their respective villages. 
Responsible to increase health awareness among communities and groups.
